Abby Russell is a Curve Model, fashion blogger and body confidence advocate. From a young age Abby always felt different from the people around her. From her personal style to her true inner confidence Abby knew she had something special to share. Whilst training in Musical Theatre she saw young women around her tear themselves apart and consistently talk negatively about their bodies. At that point Abby knew she wanted to help women with their confidence and self-esteem. After taking part in Curvy Kate’s Star in a Bra competition she started blogging and building an online presence sharing her confidence tips and outfit inspiration for a curvier figure. Abby now works with brands online including Next, Very and plus size brand Evans. You can also spot her on ITV’s Lorraine as one of the regular models. She has also co-founded Beyond Body Confidence which is taking a stand against diet culture and helping women realise that what we look like does not define who we are as people.
Ceri is a natural chef, food writer and tutor at the Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts in Berkeley, California. During her training, she was introduced to the idea of eating with the seasons, and her passion was ignited for creating dishes around seasonal produce, rather than based on the latest diet or trend.
Through Natural Kitchen Adventures Ceri shares her tips and tricks for eating in this way with everything from healthy mid-week suppers to innovative dishes which utilise root to stalk eating.
When she’s not creating new recipes for Natural Kitchen Adventures, or hosting her event ‘The Seasonal Suppers’, Ceri cooks for yoga, fitness and wellbeing retreats as well as delivering corporate cooking workshops. She also teaches at The Garden Museum in South London.
